BCG Attorney Search
A respected mid-sized law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Hartford office. This position offers meaningful responsibility and hands-on experience across all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience and an interest in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and creditors’ rights. The role provides direct exposure to motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Hartford, CT Duties
Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation Draft and argue dispositive and procedural motions in state and federal court Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal memoranda Represent clients in commercial and real estate disputes, as well as creditors' rights matters Participate in strategy development and client communications Collaborate with legal teams to manage caseload and meet litigation deadlines Requirements
1–5 years of litigation experience Ability to work independently and manage assigned caseload Strong written and oral advocacy skills Familiarity with court procedures and litigation practices Experience in both state and federal courts preferred Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications
Active license to practice law in the State of Connecticut (required) Skills
