Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is hiring a Medical Assistant to support a busy clinic in Palo Alto, CA - Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, full-time, no weekends! Why You'll Love This Role:$35-$45/hr. DOE Full-time, 40 hrs./week Front & back-office work Get hands-on with patients, physicians, and procedures Vital administrative duties (check-in/out, referrals, insurance, EHR) You'll Be Doing:Room patients, take vitals, assist with procedures/injections Handle HMO referrals, prescription refills, authorizations Schedule appointments, collect payments, manage patient data Perform waived testing (urine, glucose, etc.), EKGs, labs Support physicians with prep and exams What We're Looking For: (No need to scroll past this if you meet these!) 1+ year experience in BOTH front and back office Medical Assistant training program completed BLS Certified (Basic Life Support) Pro at multitasking and staying cool in fast-paced settings Know your way around EMR systems and medical terminology Location: Palo Alto, CA Schedule: Mon-Fri | 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Full-Time | 40 hours/week Ready to step into a vital role where you're valued from check-in to injections?
