Your Role: As an Infrastructure Solutions Specialist, you will be a project-based expert, skilled in analyzing, documenting, and troubleshooting infrastructure systems. This hands-on role requires an understanding of the intricate interactions between systems and environments, making your contributions invaluable to our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to ongoing projects by analyzing technical issues, offering innovative solutions, and integrating systems.
- Participate in long-term strategic planning for IT infrastructure and operational execution.
- Build collaborative relationships with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers, ensuring timely client solutions.
- Document work processes to enhance knowledge sharing and facilitate effective hand-offs.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of Mitel Openscape and Unified Communications solutions across various environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise within the support organization.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure support, including 1+ years with Mitel Openscape/UC solutions.
- Strong networking knowledge (IPv4, switching, routing, VLANs, SIP), particularly with Cisco or HP technologies.
- Skilled in VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V environments and experienced in deploying Mitel solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a passion for documentation and process improvement.
- A proactive team player who can work independently while collaborating across functional teams.

Compensation: The salary range for this role in the U.S. is $96,480 to $183,240, based on full-time employment. Your actual compensation may be influenced by your location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation, such as bonuses and comprehensive benefits, is also available, reflecting Kyndryl's commitment to employee well-being.
