• Must-have: Strong tech infrastructure background (this is non-negotiable)

• Nice-to-have: Infra automation experience (a big plus)

• Secondary: Risk experience (helpful, but not the priority)

• Mindset: Someone who can think critically, challenge the work, and contribute beyond just scripting

• Environment: Agile, product-centric, working with regulators (OCC, FRB, FDIC), following NIST guidelines

• Tech Stack: .NET, Git, possibly React, and familiarity with testing frameworks and UI components like Material or Telerik
