Position Description
nThis is a Full-time, Non-Civil Service position with Metropolitan Action Commission with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. The position is under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager and performs duties as instructed to insure the cleanliness of all Metropolitan Action Commission property (indoor and outside).
nWork Hours: Monday - Friday (10:00 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.)

Minimum Qualifications
nMinimum of an eighth-grade education and one (1) year of experience in custodial work. Valid Driver License.
nCandidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.
nPer Metro Ordinance No. SO94-1078. All employees of the Metropolitan Government shall be residents of the State of Tennessee or become residents of the state within six (6) months of employment as a prerequisite to employment with the Metropolitan Government.
