We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer  with a strong background in Power System Analysis to support our growing portfolio of commercial projects.nKey Responsibilities:nnPerform detailed power system analyses including short circuit, load flow, coordination, arc flash, and voltage drop calculations.nDevelop electrical system models using tools such as ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower.nCollaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated design solutions.nProvide quality control and peer reviews for electrical designs and studies.nMentor and train junior electrical engineers, providing guidance on design practices, analysis methods, and project execution.nSupport proposal development, design charrettes, and client-facing meetings as a technical lead.nnRequired:nnBachelor’s degree in electrical engineeringn7 plus years of electrical design with a focus on power systems for commercial buildings.nProficiency with power analysis software such as SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or EasyPower.nProven leader and ability to mentor junior staff.nExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.nPE or EIT with ability to gain PE soon after hire.nnPay:  $45-$60/hr.nDuration:  Temp-to-hirenLocation:  Atlanta, GAnIf you are interested or would like more information on this position, please click the apply button or contact me directly at: or call me at (678) 802-6625nÂ
