Position Summary
n

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of production and facility equipment. This includes work on electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Perform both routine and complex repairs on production and facility equipment
n
n
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
n
n
Use electrical testing equipment (meters, scopes, etc.) to identify faults and execute corrective actions
n
n
Conduct and document preventive maintenance as scheduled
n
n
Support inventory management of electrical components and spare parts
n
n
Provide training and guidance to electricians and maintenance technicians as needed
n
n
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to 5S principles
n
n
Follow all safety protocols and quality procedures aligned with ISO 9001 standards and Olympic Quality Policy
n
n
Cross-train in other roles and take on additional duties as assigned by supervision
n

Qualifications
n

Education & Experience

n
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required
n
n
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
n

Skills & Competencies

n
Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting methods
n
n
Proficiency with test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
n
n
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, safety guidelines, and procedure manuals
n
n
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
n
n
Solid math proficiency, including working with fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
n
n
Effective verbal and written communication skills
