As a Senior Product Manager for Zero Trust Identity, you will play a crucial role in managing how we identify, authenticate, authorize, and secure users across the Strata and Cortex Portfolio (NGFW, SWFW, Prisma Access, Prisma Access Browser, SD-WAN, Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager). This role will enable our customers to secure our products across the cloud, data centers, service providers, enterprises, and more, as we continue to innovate with new security features, including Cloud Identity Engine, Advanced Security services, Gen AI, and much more.
nThis is a high-visibility position that will drive the business of our core Strata Network Security Platform and enable the success of the company's platformization strategy.

As a Product manager, you must have expertise in designing and deploying IAMs across the following deployment architectures:

GTM experience launching software features
n -
Ability to write technical content (blogs, deployment guides, white papers, technical briefs, etc.) for both our internal sales teams and external customers

Experience building extensive GTM, technical, and strategic decks with business acumen and clarity

You will present in front of internal and external audiences

Partner closely with engineering to develop proactive upgrade strategies
n -
Collaborate with customer success and the field organization to implement the upgrade strategies
n -
Develop insights into customer deployments and provide recommendations to accelerate feature adoption
n -
BS/MS in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering preferred or equivalent military experience required
n -
3-5 years of experience in a Product Manager, Technical Marketing, engineering lead role (software development, release, or quality assurance), or expertise in deploying enterprise-grade IAM solutions
n -
Any experience in product management is a plus
n -
Experience in hands-on operational, i.e., real-world, device and appliance management
n -
Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) such as Microsoft Entra-ID, Okta, Active Directory, openLDAP, Ping Identity, Google Identity, or others
n -
Strong understanding of identity standards (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, SSF), RFCs, frameworks, and architectures
n -
Strong communication skills and ability to interface cross-functionally as well as with external customers, field teams, and partners

Collaborating closely with engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams, the group drives strategic innovation through features like the Cloud Identity Engine and Just-in-Time access. With deep expertise in IAM standards and technologies, the team plays a vital role in shaping the company’s platformization strategy and ensuring customer success at scale.
nCompensation Disclosure
nThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $144000/YR - $233000/YR.
