Electrical Implementation Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Implementation Manager to support one of our large Energy Companies. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a background in electrical work, utilities, and construction supervision. The Implementation Manager will act as the on-site representative for the Project Manager, overseeing vendor crews, ensuring safety and quality, and managing project execution from the field.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Oversee and coordinate vendor crews performing hands-on electrical and construction work.

n

Serve as the Project Managers on-site liaison, ensuring project scope, safety, and quality standards are met.

n

Work independently across multiple project sites, often as the sole Duke representative.

n

Interpret and work from electrical drawings, blueprints, and schedules.

n

Take site photos and upload documentation to project systems.

n

Participate in planning, installation kick-off, and outage coordination meetings.

n

Confirm permits and safety training are completed before work begins.

n

Collaborate with Project Leads and contractors to develop and maintain project schedules.

n

Manage one project at a time, with a portfolio ranging from 5 to 20 jobs over the contract period.

Skills and Requirements

n

10+ years of experience in construction or electrical supervision (e.g., foreman, superintendent, or supervisor roles).

n

Strong electrical backgroundlicensed electrician or equivalent experience

n

Experience in utility or power generation projects

n

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schedules.

n

Proficient in basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

n

Comfortable working independently and traveling between project sites.

n

Prior experience as an Implementation Manager for Duke Energy is a strong plus. - Implementation manager experience null
