Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and emails, and make outbound calls as appropriate Process customer order by following order-processing procedure Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timeliness of orders Performs inquiries such as: inventory availability and lead-time, freight charges, shipment tracking numbers, production cycles by component, etc. Works closely with other team members keeping them abreast of any current or potential issue(s). Pays attention to accuracy, communication, timeliness, and responsiveness. Qualifications:
Must have two years of relevant experience. High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office, order entry, ERP systems, and high-volume data entry. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, data integrity, and communication skills. Able to follow established processes and procedures.
