Accountabilities: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Provide exceptional support throughout the customer's lease-to-own journey. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and accuracy. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and enhance service quality. Requirements

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or phone-based environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer usage, including handling multiple software applications simultaneously. High school diploma or GED equivalent; candidates must be 18 years or older. Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, problem-solving attitude. Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona. Benefits
