Job Title :: COBOL Developer
Job Location :: Home, VA (Remote)
Skills: • 10+ years' experience with COBOL & DB2. • Experience with Changeman to create packages and promote code. • Ability to scan libraries to find instances of key words / phrases to help research issues. • May lead project teams within assigned unit develop, plan and manage project tasks • Respond to incidents in ServiceNow. • Create ServiceNow Change requests following US Government Client processes • Participate in meetings relating to specific technical projects or tasks • Ability to develop and maintain IT documentation. • Independently analyzes and develops innovative resolutions for complex problems, implements solutions independently and as part of a team. • Develops, plans, and manages project tasks. • Provides training to less experienced team members, if needed.
Additional Required Skills/Experience: • A minimum of ten (10) to twelve (12) years' relevant experience. • A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required. • Typically performs all functional duties independently. • Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific basis."
