Senior Program Manager

to join our client's enterprise-wide Responsible AI (RAI) program. This role is at the intersection of emerging technology, governance, and ethics, ideal for someone passionate about ensuring artificial intelligence is developed and deployed responsibly. In this role, you'll lead and refine operational processes that govern AI across the enterprise. You'll partner cross-functionally with compliance, legal, data science, and tech teams to ensure consistent governance of AI tools and use cases. This position plays a critical role in driving our commitment to ethical, secure, and compliant AI, while also enabling innovation at scale.

Job Duties:

Drive program execution for AI governance activities, including risk assessments, documentation reviews, and AI Inventory oversight. Operationalize AI governance workflows, supporting the AI Review Board (AIRB) and related review processes. Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, Executive Orders), internal standards, and ethical AI principles. Create and manage documentation, including SOPs, guidance, process maps, and audit materials. Streamline intake and triage of AI use cases, ensuring timely risk alignment and cross-functional collaboration. Enhance tooling and automation for scalable governance operations. Produce dashboards and metrics that measure governance effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement. Lead training and communication efforts on RAI policies and governance updates. Represent the RAI program in internal committees, innovation forums, and working groups.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Business, Technology, or related field. 5+ years in program or project management, preferably in compliance, governance, or risk. Experience running cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, data governance, or digital health. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and standard project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Large corporation experience and Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience. Background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries. Experience in AI or data governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OECD, EU AI Act). Experience supporting audit or regulatory readiness. Past involvement with the development or launch of AI-based products in healthcare. PMP or equivalent project management certification.
