IT Support Technician
Location: Bloomington, MN. Pay Range: $25/hour. What's the Job? Install and maintain IT Factory PCs according to the factory standards. Monitor alerts, service availability and performance dashboards responding promptly with actions and escalations to maintain service availability & required performance levels. Escalate or redirect tickets to other global IT support teams wherever applicable providing regular feedback and updates to the customers. Provide support to Wafer Floor Factory Software on the factory PCs and variety of solutions, services hosted in data centers. Maintain compliance for all Info security initiatives including but not limited to endpoint inventory, anti-virus, windows patching. What's Needed? PC setup, installation Proficiency working on Windows/Linux OS PC and Software/applications troubleshooting skills and support Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment Prior experience with the help desk/applications support What's in it for me?
