We are seeking a skilled and creative Compositor to join our visual effects (VFX) team. The compositors are a crucial part of our VFX team. Our pipeline is different from the traditional VFX pipeline. The ideal candidate will be dependable, have leadership quality, and be flexible with our fast turnarounds. Responsibilities:
Visual Effect Design: Design and execute high-quality visual effects based on project requirements. Work closely with the VFX Supervisor to interpret and bring to life the visual effects adheres to the project's needs. Creating Visual Effects: Utilize compositing software such as Nuke, After Effects, or similar to combine live-action footage with CGI, matte paintings, and other elements. Adjust elements such as light, shadow, texture, and color to achieve a coherent visual output that looks realistic and adheres to the show's aesthetic style. Manage personal workflow and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of VFX elements. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to other team members facing challenges in compositing. Stay updated with the latest developments in compositing technology and techniques. Troubleshoot technical issues in the compositing workflow.
