3M Little Rock is seeking general helpers. This position is a full-time role. Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of work areas Handling hazardous waste following appropriate plant procedures Operating heavy machinery and PIV's including, but not limited to forklifts and guzzler trucks Assist with production line Clean production area Load and unload items from machines, carts, and/or dollies Required: Possess a high school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. One (1) year of general labor, manufacturing, and/or construction experience. Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process. Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary starting at $21.22/hr.
