Sales Manager
Step into the role of Sales Manager at Wolfgang Puck Catering and lead the charge behind our offsite events and growth in revenue. This multifaceted role is growing for a proactive professional who excels in reaching out to potential clients, creating opportunities, nurturing connections, and finalizing new deals. You'll represent a world-renowned brand, rapidly growing our presence in key markets and fostering successful partnerships and bookings. Key Responsibilities: Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and market research. Secure and close offsite event bookings, including corporate, social, and branded hospitality experiences. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Build tailored proposals and contracts that reflect client needs and align with Wolfgang Puck's premium standards. Develop positive relationships with corporate clients, planners, venue partners, and community collaborators. Identify and pursue new revenue channels and partnerships to drive growth across regions. Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to increase visibility and generate new business. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and client happiness post-sale. Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business development, or hospitality. 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and outbound sales. Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage the full sales cycle. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven success in building new client relationships and hitting sales goals. High level of self-motivation, accountability, and resilience. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management. Ability to represent a luxury brand with integrity and energy.
