Human Resources Generalist

This is a hands-on, dynamic role that touches all aspects of the employee experiencefrom recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. You'll be a trusted partner to both employees and leadership, helping to foster a workplace where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to do their best work. What You'll Do: Be a People Partner: Serve as a go-to resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Own Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all employeesfrom day one to their last day. Resolve with Care: Address employee relations issues with professionalism and empathy, including complaints, investigations, and conflict resolution. Support Remote Employees: Serve as the primary HR contact for a small group of remote employees, ensuring they feel connected, supported, and aligned with company culture and policies, along with ensuring compliance in the various states they live in. Lead with Learning: Facilitate training sessions and new hire orientations that set employees up for success, as well as be the LinkedIn Learning champion for the division. Recruit Top Talent: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience. Assist the Division Talent Manager with interview scheduling, preparation of interview packets, and coordination with hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Support Benefits & Wellness: Guide employees through benefits programs and ensure timely enrollment and compliance with all required documentation. Drive Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations. Celebrate Success: Coordinate employee recognition programs that highlight achievements and foster a culture of appreciation. Assist with Payroll: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, including timekeeping. Champion Employee Experience: Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and retention. Lead Projects & Improve Processes: Take ownership of various HR-related projects and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldor equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a generalist or related role. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsapproachable, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
