Director Of Operations
Lead the charge behind the scenes! As the Director of Operations, you will oversee all front and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient, top-tier service delivery. From large-scale events to daily service, you'll manage teams, coordinate logistics, and uphold Levy's gold standard for hospitality at Fiserv Forum. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field 5+ years of leadership in high-volume food & beverage operations Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management tools Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and labor efficiency ServSafe or local food safety certification preferred Key Responsibilities: Direct daily operations across concessions, premium, and warehouse teams Lead hiring, training, and development of operational managers and hourly staff Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure client satisfaction Implement cost control measures to meet budget and profitability targets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with culinary, finance, HR, and sales departments We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
