IT Analyst, Workplace Services

This is a hybrid position located in New Orleans, LA, The Woodlands, TX, Jackson, MS, or Little Rock, AR. Relocation assistance and sponsorship is not provided. The official job title for this role is Analyst I, II or III based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Job Summary The role of the IT Analyst, Workplace Services will be to serve as the point of contact for Workplace Services project requests. This includes working with the appropriate cross-functional team members to develop build-of-materials, recommend technical configurations, create level of effort estimates, and quote IT equipment stemming from requests from across the enterprise. This would include coordinating with the teams, setting up meetings, and documenting necessary requirements. The IT Analyst will also work to assist Service Delivery Managers in creating and planning their projects through business case development. Job Duties/Responsibilities Work closely with Workplace Services Service Delivery Managers to gather information in response to requests from business unit requests of Workplace Services Gathering data from business unit requestors to understand the scope and requirements of the requests Compiling data to create deliverables to present project plans and estimates to requestors for review and approval Provide clear, timely and accurate status reports to Service Delivery Managers and stakeholders as necessary Work with Service Delivery Managers to build business cases for Workplace Services projects and programs, including but not limited to working through financial requirements Minimum Requirements Minimum education required of the position Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or 6+ years of related work experience. Minimum experience required of the position Analyst I: 0-2 years of relevant experience Analyst II: 2+ years of relevant experience Analyst III: 4+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and coordinate with teams to develop estimates and work to assist in the development of business plans. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio and Microsoft Project Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication Excellent organizational skills Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels Understanding of basic Project Management Excellent ability to work effectively with teams and resources in a multi-location, cross-functional matrixed environment
