Assistant District Attorney

The District 2 is seeking an Assistant District Attorney for the Custer County Office to perform a variety of professional duties, specifically: prosecution of criminal offenses, including misdemeanors and felonies; handling of juvenile cases, including neglect, delinquency and child in need of supervision cases; providing legal services related to county government operations; and other duties assigned. Specific assignment of duties will vary based on experience. Minimum requirements include: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admitted to and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association. Preference to live within one of the counties in District 2 (Beckham, Custer, Washita, Roger Mills and Ellis Counties) within a reasonable period of time of employment.
