As a
Lead Superintendent , you'll drive all on-site execution for a multi-hundred-million-dollar technical build. From structural steel to complex MEP systems, you will lead all subcontractor coordination, site safety, and quality control-ensuring timely delivery of highly secure, mission-critical environments.
Key responsibilities include: Oversee all field activity and manage subcontractors/vendors on site Drive execution on large-scale technical builds with full ownership of site coordination Supervise erection of steel, major electrical/mechanical installs, and critical path trades Collaborate with PMs and executive stakeholders to resolve issues and drive results Utilize Procore and MS Project to manage reporting, documentation, and scheduling Play an active role in the buyout process, particularly with scopes involving carpentry, masonry, and structural steel Represent the company's culture of safety, accountability, and team-first execution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful
Lead Superintendent
will have: 10+ years of Superintendent experience in construction Demonstrated success with data centers, clean rooms, hospitals, or other mission-critical builds OSHA30 and Massachusetts CSL is required (permits/inspection responsibility) Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Project In-depth knowledge of structural systems including steel, concrete, and foundational work Proven ability to supervise complex MEP installations Must pass background and drug screenings What's on Offer
The Lead Superintendent will receive: Base salary up to $170K depending on experience 100% employer-paid healthcare (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) match: 4% up to 3 years, 6% after 3 years 3 weeks PTO Join a culture where leadership invests in people, not just projects
