We are seeking a dependable and hands-on IT Administrator to support day-to-day technology operations for our Oklahoma City-based oil and gas company. This role is responsible for maintaining core systems, assisting end users, and supporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience with Windows-based systems, is comfortable managing support tickets, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for end users, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in a Windows 10/11 environment. Manage and respond to user requests through the internal IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Ability to support Active Directory user and group management, including account creation, password resets, and access permissions. Apply and maintain Group Policy settings to enforce consistent system configurations and security standards. Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment and support conference room technology. Maintain system security through regular updates, patches, and endpoint protection practices. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring proper setup and decommissioning of user accounts and devices. Monitor and support network connectivity, printing services, and shared resources. Keep accurate records of hardware, software, and IT processes through documentation and asset tracking. Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration. Familiarity with Windows operating systems, basic networking, and endpoint security. Experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, and ticketing platforms. Solid troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a user-first approach. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Oil and gas industry experience or prior work supporting field operations is a plus. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to field sites occasionally. A+, Sec+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred. Key Traits for Success:
