Our client in Iowa City is seeking a Technical Support Analyst focused in network and systems support for a long term contract. This is 100% on-site in Iowa City. IT Support Analyst position is a contract position with a duration lasting up to 12 months. This position will provide basic level support migrating voice communication services to a new VoIP platform. The work schedule will primarily be an 8-hour workday, starting between 7:00 a.m.
