E-Commerce Supervisor

Join us in crafting memories for fans that go beyond the game. We are seeking an E-Commerce Supervisor for the Timbers and Thorns Retail Team at Providence Park in Portland, Oregon. As the E-Commerce Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional fan experiences through efficient e-commerce operations and jersey customizations. This hands-on, fast-paced role focuses on order fulfillment, heat press customization, and customer service, especially during peak periods like holidays and product launches. Key responsibilities include: Leading jersey customization using heat press equipment with precision and speed. Overseeing online order fulfillment and ensuring timely, accurate shipping. Providing outstanding customer service across digital and in-person channels. Operating and supporting systems including Shipstation, Shopify, RetailCloud, SharePoint, and CRMs. Maintaining warehouse operations including inventory management, product transfers, and cycle counts. Working in physically demanding conditions (80% physical labor, 20% computer work), including lifting 50+ lbs and working in variable temperatures. Must complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred qualifications include: Proficient with computers, email, texting, and e-commerce platforms. Experience with jersey customization, customer service, and warehouse operations preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. Must be 18 years or older for this position. This role offers part-time hours. As we are an event-based environment, you must be able to accommodate a varying work schedule with shifts that can fluctuate across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays. Must maintain excellent attendance.
