Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fire alarm and security systems Have knowledge of multiple manufacturers for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and security systems Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance reports Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding project status and scheduling Follow company safety procedures and protocols Keep up-to-date on the latest fire alarm system technologies and products
