My client is seeking a Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly with Multi-Family projects in Baltimore, MD: Manage daily operations of the $30M multifamily renovation project in Baltimore, MD Coordinate and lead subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff Monitor project schedule and budget, adjusting plans as needed to meet goals Oversee project documentation, reporting, and compliance Ensure work is executed with safety, quality, and efficiency Serve as primary point of contact for the client and all project stakeholders Collaborate with the internal team and support departments to ensure successful delivery MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
