Join a leading Georgia-based contractor specializing in broad construction with a focus on ground-up projects is seeking an Assistant Superintendent. This role supports field operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and materials from project start to finish. Assist in overseeing daily field operations on ground-up construction projects. Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA standards. Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and material deliveries. Ensure work is completed per plans, specifications, and quality standards. Track daily progress and report updates to the Superintendent and Project Manager. Support scheduling of trades to maintain project timelines. Assist in resolving on-site challenges and conflicts. Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and site documentation. Participate in project closeout, including punch list completion.
