Drive Operational Excellence:

Leverage your analytical skills to identify areas of improvement, providing actionable insights that help the organization solve problems and optimize performance. Transform Data into Action:

Develop visually compelling reports, KPI scorecards, and interactive dashboards using

Qlik Sense , enabling decision-makers to quickly understand key performance metrics. Support Business Growth:

Provide valuable operational analysis that enhances business strategies and delivers recommendations for continuous improvement. Monthly Performance Reporting:

Take charge of internal and external reporting, highlighting company performance and providing strategic insights to drive decision-making. Advanced Analytical Modeling:

Use sophisticated statistical methods and data analysis to model both financial and qualitative data, delivering critical insights for business planning. Train and Empower Teams:

Simplify complex data concepts for operational teams and train them to use reports, dashboards, and other technology tools effectively. Create Impactful Presentations:

Present findings to business leaders in a way that tells a clear, actionable story, guiding them in solving key business challenges. Document Data Products:

Develop comprehensive documentation for internal and external use, including technical manuals, end-user guides, and training materials. Collaborate on Strategic Goals:

Work closely with the Director of Data Analytics to align data strategy with the organization's financial and operational objectives. Job Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in

Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science , or related quantitative field. 2-5 years of experience in a data-driven role, with a passion for turning data into impactful insights. Technical Expertise

Proficient in

Qlik Sense ,

QlikView ,

PowerBI ,

Tableau ,

R , and/or

Python . Skilled in data management: cleansing, transforming, and modeling large datasets to create predictive models using statistical techniques like regression, classification, and clustering. Ability to design user-centric dashboards that are intuitive and tailored to meet specific business needs. Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data findings in a simple, understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in presenting and training others on data concepts and technologies. Additional Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite ; advanced skills in

Excel

are preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects with ease. Work Environment
