Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Edina, MN (This role requires 100% onsite presence, no out of state applicants will be considered. Must be located in MN to be eligible.) Compensation: $28.00 - $31.25 / Hourly (dependent on applicable experience) Addison Group is assisting a growing organization in Edina in their search for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include: Processing vendor invoices using 3-way matching to purchase orders Coding invoices to the general ledger Assisting with month-end close activities Preparing and issuing 1099 forms Communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies Ideal candidates will have: Experience in high-volume accounts payable Knowledge of 3-way matching and GL coding Familiarity with month-end close procedures and 1099 preparation Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Benefits: 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance Basic life and AD&D insurance Short-term and long-term disability (STD/LTD) 401(k) retirement plan Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
