Represent clients in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division. Provide legal counsel and strategic advice throughout the litigation process. Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in family law matters. Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines. Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing case updates. Stay updated on relevant family law trends, statutes, and legal precedents. Requirements

Three years of experience practicing family law. Strong litigation experience, including trial preparation and court appearances. Demonstrated ability to handle complex family law matters. Proven track record of success in client representation and case management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications

Active license to practice law in the state of Washington. Skills

Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and legal precedents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and case management tools. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Negotiation and mediation skills. Ability to handle sensitive and emotional client situations with empathy.
