A law firm seeks a full-time Corporate Attorney with over five years of experience to join its office in Vancouver, Washington. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and diverse practice, supporting a range of corporate legal matters.
Duties
Support entity formation, including private companies, LLCs, and joint ventures. Manage mergers and acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions. Conduct due diligence and draft commercial contracts and credit agreements. Handle large and small M&A transactions effectively. Manage complex transactions and prepare client-ready documents. Interact across offices and practice groups. Requirements
Minimum of five years of corporate legal work experience. Experience in at least one key industry sector preferred. Strong entrepreneurial and client service mindset. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Bar admission in Washington, or eligibility for reciprocity. Skills
Ability to manage complex transactions and client interactions. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents. Productivity and discretionary merit bonus consideration. Flexible work arrangements with in-office requirements on select days.
