Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including CUCM, Unity, Expressway, and Webex Manage voice infrastructure components such as SBCs, gateways, and SIP trunking Collaborate closely with network, wireless, and security teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solution delivery Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from Tier 1/2 support, including participation in an on-call rotation Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including configuration guides, network diagrams, and client-facing training materials Own and manage assigned service tickets and accurately track billable time as required Skills/Must have: Strong hands-on experience with Cisco collaboration tools (CUCM, Unity, Expressway, Webex) Deep understanding of voice routing, SIP, SBCs, and gateway configurations Working knowledge of supporting technologies: networking (routing/switching), wireless, and security Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, both written and verbal Self-starter comfortable working in hybrid and client-facing environments Willingness to participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule Salary: $160,000 base
