Position Summary:
The Director of Sales (DS) for Grand Oaks Assisted Living is responsible for the marketing & sales planning and execution for the community. The DS is delegated significant and discretionary powers to market Grand Oaks. Individuals are expected to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in administering the business affairs of Grand Oaks that relate to marketing and sales. The DS takes the lead in assessing the local market and developing a marketing plan tailored to the particular geographic region in which the community is located and for development of a successful marketing plan, the DS will be able to sell the community by advancing leads through the sales process with the objective of reaching and maintaining budgeted occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred.
Successful marketing and sales experience preferably with assisted living communities.
Base Salary Range: $65,000 per year - $80,000 per year plus a variable commission plan based on peformance. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibilities.
