What Youll Do
Own the end-to-end design and launch of our new agentic AI backend (AI agents)
Integrate OpenAI APIs and build prompt-chaining pipelines for incident summarization, scheduling suggestions and route optimization
Develop event-driven microservices (Node.js/TypeScript) that power workflows and deep-link into Google Maps, payroll APIs, analytics, etc.
Ensure rock-solid performance, security (RBAC, encryption) and reliability (zero-downtime deploys, observability)
What Were Looking For
5+ years building production backend services in Node.js/TypeScript or Python
Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs or comparable LLM integrations
Deep understanding of REST/GraphQL microservices, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.), and cloud infra (AWS/GCP)
Strong data skills (Postgres, MongoDB geo-queries, Redis caching)
