* Employment Type: Full-Time, Hospital Employed * Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT) * Board Status: Board Certified - Required * Visa Sponsorship: Not offered * Locums Providers: Not accepted
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide full-spectrum ENT care to a broad referral base * 20-30 patients per day in clinic * Perform surgeries at:
* Blanchard Valley Hospital * Bluffton Hospital * Findlay Surgery Center
* Advanced technology: Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with Table Motion * Collaborate with onsite audiology and subspecialty teams (e.g., Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery) * APPs take primary call; physician provides backup only * Hospitalist team handles inpatient management * Optional teaching of medical students and APP trainees
Compensation & Benefits
