ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio at Blanchard Valley Hospital, a top-ranked Newsweek World s Best Hospital 2025, is seeking a full-time, board-certified Otolaryngologist to join their supportive, autonomous, and flexible practice serving a thriving independent community health system in Northwest Ohio. Job Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with little competition. * Manage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in clinic. * Perform surgeries in one of three OR locations including Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center. * Utilize advanced technology including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion. * Collaborate with onsite comprehensive audiology team and medical/surgical subspecialties (e.g., Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery). * Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalist support for inpatient management. * Take backup call only while APPs cover primary calls. * Contribute to a collegial, flexible work culture with leadership that values work-life balance and physician wellness. * Have input into practice patterns, schedules, and patient volumes. * Access to Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds. * Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
Qualifications:
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. * Unrestricted medical license in Ohio or willingness to obtain. * Clean malpractice and license history.
License and Certification Requirements:
* Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology is required. * Ohio medical license is required (or willingness to obtain).
