* Accepting recent/upcoming OB Fellowship graduates who are BE (must have plans to be BC within 1 year of employment) or BC in Family Medicine * Not accepting Locums candidates * Not accepting visa candidates
* Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
* Board Eligible (with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
* IA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
* OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start) - REQUIRED * Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections (state interest in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
* Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED * Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
