Job Id: 473 # of Openings: 1 JOB SUMMARY This role will model the Netrio mission, vision, and values each day functioning as a guide for daily accountabilities and responsibilities. The Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist will support the full-cycle recruiting efforts for Netrio’s global workforce and own the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. This role will serve as a partner to hiring managers, ensuring Netrio attracts and retains top-tier talent across all departments and geographies. In addition to recruitment, this individual will provide backup support across general HR functions as needed, as well as support new hire onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition Management: Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment workflows. Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for roles globally, including sourcing, job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective, inclusive job descriptions and hiring strategies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates through proactive sourcing techniques. The ability to form relationship across the organization and maintain a dialog as the recuring process unfolds. Onboarding:
Develop and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless, engaging experience for all new hires. Coordinate with internal teams (IT, HR, hiring managers) to ensure day-one readiness. Conduct onboarding sessions and provide support during new hire orientation. Assist other HR personnel with learning and development. HR Support:
Provide back up support for general HR functions such as employee data management, compliance tasks, and HRIS updates. Assist with internal communications, documentation, and basic policy interpretation as needed. KEY COMPETENCIES Talent Acquisition Expertise:

Ability to address challenges, investigate employee concerns, and provide actionable solutions. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a technology-focused environment preferred. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders. Preferred:
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices across multiple regions/countries. Experience managing onboarding programs and new hire orientation.
