Develop use case scenarios Experience with Waterfall methodology Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to query and navigate relational databases Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Experience with bug reporting and tracking tools Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Participation in design reviews Business process improvement skills Experience documenting application requirements and business processes Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables Requirements analysis, gathering, and validation skills Testing experience including developing test plans, executing tests, and supporting user acceptance testing Developing sample test data and maintaining testing records Seniority level
