Director of Nursing Operations - Ambulatory

Job Summary: Accountable for operational management and clinical leadership of all Ambulatory Clinics and Emergency Room. Develops collaborative relationships with other nurse leaders to model behaviors that encourage interaction and resource management between patient care areas. Assures effective transitions for patients between departments. Fosters cooperative relationships with departments throughout the organization. Maintains clinical skills in order to provide direct patient care as needed in the departments.
