Preschool Teacher

We are a nurturing early childhood education center in Huntington Beach dedicated to fostering the development of young learners through play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, inclusive environment for children, families, and staff. We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Part-Time Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a safe and enriching learning environment for children ages 3-5. Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-12:30pm Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities Create a welcoming, structured, and safe classroom environment Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child Maintain open communication with parents and staff Ensure classroom materials are clean, organized, and safe Assist with daily routines, including snack time, bathroom breaks, and transitions Qualifications: Minimum of 12 ECE units Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills Must be reliable and punctual Competitive hourly rate based on experience and education Paid holidays for part-time staff after probationary period Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to .
