OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Radiation Therapist to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care through precise radiation treatment. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong clinical experience, technical knowledge, and a passion for supporting both patients and fellow team members in a collaborative healthcare environment. ResponsibilitiesEnsure all therapy treatments are delivered accurately.Review charts weekly for accurate documentation.Competence to assess the competency of others.Ability to monitor productivity and communicate such to the Radiation Therapist (Level II) and/or the Supervisor of Radiation.Knowledge and ability to instruct and advise Staff Therapist by providing technical expertise for new or difficult procedures.Orientate, and provide in-service training for new employees.Communicate effectively with lesser-experienced therapists on appropriate patient care, documentation, and work ethics.Maintain department supplies.
