What You'll Do
As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you'll provide compassionate care while helping residents live with dignity and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care like bathing, grooming, toileting, and meals
- Administering medications and documenting accurately
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition
- Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Responding promptly to residents' needs and ensuring safety
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Oklahoma
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association)
- A heart for service and excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to meet job demands, including occasional lifting (50-100 lbs)
