What You'll Do

  Drive facility layout upgrades and manage construction projects from planning through execution

  n

• n

  Analyze equipment performance and recommend replacements based on downtime and efficiency data

  n

• n

  Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of R&D and production equipment

  n
n
• n

  Manage vendor contracts for services including cleaning, security, and supplies

  n
n
• n

  Build and maintain a preventative maintenance program using MES (Cumulus)

  n
n
• n

  Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards

  n
n
• n

  Support hazardous material handling and waste disposal in coordination with EH&S

  n
n
• n

  Administer purchase orders and track facility-related budgets

  n
n

What You Bring

n
• n

  BS in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

  n
n
• n

  5+ years in a manufacturing environment

  n
n
• n

  Experience with equipment maintenance and HVAC systems preferred

  n
n
• n

  Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and analysis

  n
n
• n

  Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems

  n
n
• n

  Familiarity with process cooling, UPS systems, generators, and bulk gas delivery

  n
n
• n

  Lean manufacturing experience is a plus

  n
n
• n

  Ability to perform basic physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsible for supporting ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 standards as applicable to the site's Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

Pay Details: $81,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
