As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each interaction is positive and productive.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through problem-solving and effective communication.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues have been resolved.
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
