In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each interaction is positive and productive.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through problem-solving and effective communication.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues have been resolved.
  • Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
