This role is at the heart of our supply chain and sales operations, ensuring materials flow smoothly while keeping our customers happy and informed.In this hybrid position, you'll handle end-to-end procurement, order coordination, and direct customer interactions-helping us deliver on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Supply Chain:Issue purchase and blanket orders, including setup, maintenance, and renewals.Manage and maintain purchase data in the MRP/ERP system (pricing, lead times, MOQ, etc.).Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including commercial invoicing and pricing validations.Negotiate pricing and lead times with suppliers; issue PO change orders as needed.Track and ensure materials meet budget, specifications, and delivery schedules.Maintain procurement reports (delivery, cost, shortages, etc.).Resolve any shipping, invoicing, or payment discrepancies.Sales & Order Coordination:Partner with Sales Manager and Outside Sales to conduct calls and follow up on orders.Expedite urgent orders through the ERP system and keep customers informed.Maintain accurate Work-in-Process (WIP) tracking reports.Collaborate with QC, Paint, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure proper sequencing and timely order delivery.Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring accuracy and proactive updates.Team & Culture:Participate in team meetings and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.Support company safety and quality programs.Take ownership of tasks and continuously seek innovative solutions. What We're Looking ForAssociate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (preferred), or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience in purchasing, inside sales, or supply chain roles.Experience with cost reduction, inventory management, or VMI.Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/MRP system skills.Detail-oriented with top-notch organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A team player with a customer-first mindset.
