Job DescriptionJob Summary:Administers nursing care for assigned patient population under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Maintains high satisfaction levels by providing care with considerationof the individual needs of the patient/family and their age-specific/developmental needs. Collaborates with other team members to evaluate the plan of care with the patient and family/support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes. Contributes to a high performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills.Secondary Job Duties That May be Reassigned: Performs other duties as assigned or requestedQualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing Licensure: Practical Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
