Job DescriptionUltimate Staffing is seeking an Assistant Material Analyst to join a manufacturing client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The position is 100% onsite.The Assistant Material Analyst will support the planning and procurement process by creating and tracking manufacturing orders based on the requests of Material Planners and Analysts. This role collaborates closely with the warehouse team to prioritize and fulfill escalated customer backorders. Additionally, the position is responsible for reviewing and resolving invoice discrepancies before payment processing.Job Duties:Create manufacturer orders and transfer tickets to support production requirements.Collaborate with Production Control to sequence and prioritize manufacturing operations effectively.Review and validate vendor invoices prior to submission to the Finance Department.Partner with the Buying Team to resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.Promote open communication and feedback to support a positive team culture.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing, or materials management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams.Self-motivated, with the ability to follow direction and work independently.Demonstrated success in supply, delivery, and materials management.Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain process.Experience working in cross-functional, team-oriented environments.Proficient in ERP systems and forecasting tools.Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
