Job Summary:

We seek a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to provide individuals and businesses with expert financial planning and investment advice. The ideal candidate will assess clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial status to develop customized strategies for wealth management, retirement planning, and tax optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand clients' short-term and long-term financial objectives.
  • Develop personalized financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance, and tax strategies.
  • Recommend suitable financial products based on client's needs and risk profiles.
  • Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies due to market changes or life events.
  • Educate clients on financial concepts, investment risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and transparency.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations, market trends, and economic conditions.
  • Collaborate with tax professionals, attorneys, and other specialists to provide comprehensive advice.
  • Meet sales and revenue targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
  • Work within an advisor team structure.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and tax laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an advisor team.
  • Life/Health Insurance license and Series 65 or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., RightCapital, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, ChFC.
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients or niche markets (e.g., retirement planning, estate planning).
  • Existing client base or book of business.
